WPST will refund all payments, except the $150.00 application fee if the student cancels enrollment in writing within 10 calendar days after signing the enrollment agreement and prior to the start of class.
Refunds issued after the start of class will be paid as follows:
- Refunds are issued on a pro-rated basis, according to the date of withdraw or termination.
- A written notice is required for a student intending to withdraw.
- Refunds will be issued within 30 calendar days.

In case of prolonged illness, accident, and or death in the family, which renders continued attendance in the program impractical, re-enrollment with advanced standing in the program can be negotiated.
